    500g boneless skinless chicken
    1 box Healthy Harvest Flax Omega 3 Rotini
    1 Bottle Classico Tomato Alfredo sauce
    2 tbsp parmesan cheese


Cook chicken and cut into small chunks. cook pasta to desired firmness. Mix pasta, chicken and sauce and spread in a casserole dish. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
