    12 oz. cooked shrimp (peeled, deveined)
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
    3 large plum tomatoes, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon
    1 cup whipping cream
    1/4 cup chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. kosher salt
    1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
    16 oz. fettuccine or linguine, cooked
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Makes 6 servings

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and saute 3 minutes or until lightly browned. Add mushrooms, tomatoes, basil, parsley, tarragon, whipping cream, chicken broth, salt and red pepper flakes. Simmer over low heat 15 to 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook fettuccine as directed on package.

Add shrimp to sauce in large skillet; cook 5 minutes more or until thoroughly heated. Serve over hot cooked fettuccine; top with Parmesan cheese and additional parsley, if desired.
