    Low fat cream cheese, .75 cup
    Raspberries, 1 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Lemon juice, 3 tbsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Semisweet chocolate, 2 oz
    Light Whipping Cream, .25 cup,
    Pie crust, graham cracker, 1 pie shell (9" dia)
    Borden, Eagle Brand Condensed Milk, Sweetened, Fat Free 14OZ, 1 serving


Heat oven to 350 degrees....let cream cheese come down to room temperature.
Beat cream cheese until fluffy - then gradually mix in condensed milk until smooth. Add egg, vanilla and lemon juice and mix until combined.
Crush raspberries into bottom on pie crust and gently pour mixture over. Bake 30-35 minutes until center is almost set. Cool
Combine chocolate and cream in a small sauce pan and heat until melted and smooth. Glaze over cheesecake and cool again.
