This layered frozen dessert is rich, pretty and impressive to serve to guests. This layered frozen dessert is rich, pretty and impressive to serve to guests.
Number of Servings: 24


    1 1/2 c graham crackers (10 rectangles)
    3 T sugar
    1/3 c margarine, melted
    3 eggs
    1/3 c powdered sugar
    1/2 c margarine
    1 c (6 oz) chocolate chips
    2 c Cool Whip
    2 c mini marshmallows
    15 hard peppermint candies, crushed


Combine crumbs, sugar, and melted margarine and press into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Melt chocolate chips and margarine together. Beat eggs and powdered sugar till light and fluffy, then add chocolate mixture. Spread on crust and freeze till firm (about 20-30 minutes). Fold marshmallows into Cool Whip and spread over chocolate layer. Sprinkle with crushed peppermints and freeze at least 1 hour. Cut in squares and serve frozen.
