Introduction

This is an amazing, satisfying smoothie, I often have one for a meal when I'm short on time. It's wonderful in the morning for breakfast too! This is an amazing, satisfying smoothie, I often have one for a meal when I'm short on time. It's wonderful in the morning for breakfast too!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup skim milk
    1 cup frozen strawberries-slightly thawed
    1/2 a banana
    1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
    2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
    a generous squirt of honey

    Optional: a scoop of protein powder.

Directions

Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend, with cover on, until smooth. Smoothie will be very thick.

Pour into two glasses and enjoy!
