    1 large lemon
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs (approx 3 slices bread-I use whole wheat)
    1/2 t salt
    1 egg
    2 Tablespoons milk
    1/4 cup margarine
    1/4 cup white wine
    1 tsp chicken bouillon


Cut 6 slices from lemon and set aside.
Squeeze juice from remaining lemon.
Pound each breast until 1/4 inch thick.
Mix bread crumbs and salt on sheet of waxed paper.
Mix egg and milk in shallow bowl.
In medium skillet melt margarine on medium high.
Dip each breast in egg mixture then coat with bread crumbs and put in skillet. Cook approx. 5 minutes.
When brown on both sides Remove from pan.
Mix lemon juice, bouillon, wine and some water.
Add to pan with drippings, and lemon slices. Bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve over chicken.
Serves 4-6. Calories calculated on 6 servings.
