    Canola oil
    Cumin seeds
    Black mustard seeds
    Tumeric powder
    Chilli powder
    Garam masala
    Little lemon juice
    10 oz package frozen chopped spinach
    1 can chick peas
    1/2 can sweet corn cream style


Heat oil
Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, tumeric powder and chilli powder
Add corn
Stir with salt
Add chick peas
Add spinach and a little water
Cover until tender
*helps to warm frozen spinach in microwave with some water before hand

Makes approx 7 portions
