I just threw this together tonight and man was it good! I just threw this together tonight and man was it good!
Number of Servings: 12


    5 cups cooked brown rice
    2 Tbsp Canola Oil
    1 can of Pinto beans (no Salt Added) &
    1 can of Dark Red Kidney Beans both drained and rinsed.
    1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with cilantro and lime
    1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with habenaros
    14 oz sliced Hillshire Farms Beef Polska Kielbasa
    1 medium green pepper diced
    1/2 large red onion diced
    2 tsp minced garlic


makes 10-1 cup servings
Saute' green pepper, onion, garlic, and kielbasa until vegies are tender.
Add tomatoes and drained and rinsed beans
Add Rice and stir, simmer for 10 add'l minutes and serve.
