Ingredients

    2 cups prepared Near East Couscous (any flavor)

    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup broccoli
    1/2 cup red bell pepper
    1/2 cup mushrooms
    1 tsp balsamic vinegar

Directions

Prepare couscous.

Dice veggies and toss in balsamic vinegar then bake in oven for 10 minutes on 450.

Serve veggies with couscous.
