Ingredients

    1 lb. ground turkey breast
    2 Tbs. Real Maple Syrup
    1 tsp. sage
    11/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. rosemary
    1/3 c. unsweetened applesauce

Directions

Will make 8 - 12 patties depending on size. I make up a batch and place each patty on a piece of parchment paper and place in freezer. That way if we happen not to eat them it will not waste. They cook up quickly from frozen state. Just cook under low heat so they will not dry out. I spray a skillet with cooking spray and cook a few minutes on each side Don't over cook or they will be dry and not as tasty.
