Ingredients

    olive oil
    turkey breast, roasted
    chicken broth
    celery
    onion
    flour
    fat free half and half
    wild rice
    white wine

Directions

In large saucepan, melt butter and olive oil. Stir in mushrooms and cook until tener about 5 min. Add onion and celery and cook about 10 min. Reduce heat to low and stir in flour. Cook, sitrring constantly until golden about 5 min. Add broths and water, stirring frequently until slightly thickened and lumps dissolve. Add cooked turkey and the cooked rice. Heat through. Stir in half and half and wine, heating completely, but not boiling. Serves 10
