    0.5 cup Maple Syrup, Sugar free
    450 gr. ripe strawberries
    2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    4 baby strawberries or wild strawberries, halved
    Mint springs to decorate


Place the fruit and syrup in a food processor with the vinegar. Process for 30 seconds. Pour the mixture in the freezerproof container and freeze 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until semifrozen. Stir at least once during freezing. Scoop spoonfuls of the semifreddo into glasses, and serve decorated with baby strawberries and mint, if using.
