    1/2 c. margarine
    1 cup water
    1 cup all purpose flour
    4 eggs

    3 cups skim milk
    8 oz. 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened
    2 small boxes French vanilla instant pudding mixes
    8 oz. container Fat Free Cool Whip

    Chocolate shavings (optional, not included in nutritional analysis)


Boil together the margarine and water. Add flour and stir until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat. Beat in eggs by hand with a wooden spoon, one at a time, stirring until well blended between each egg. Spread in an ungreased 9x13" pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven and pierce in several places to allow steam to escape the cream puff. Let cool completely.

Beat together milk, cream cheese, and instant pudding. Spread over cooled shell to within one inch of edges. Top with Cool Whip and garnish with chocolate shavings, if desired.
