Ingredients

Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 6 cup approx.
Spinach, fresh, 1 package (10 oz)
button sliced Mushrooms, canned
Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1/2 cup
Garlic, 4 cloves
*Pine Nuts, 1/4 cup
Olive Oil, 3/4 cup
Salt, 1 tsp
Shrimp, cooked, 16 oz 2 cups
Basil, 2 tbsp
Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 6 tbsp
Directions
Boil a fresh package of spinach for 3 minutes/ drain
Place shrimp after deveined and tails pulled off into boiling water-turn water off. This way you can use them when they're ready and they won't over cook.drain
Cook spaghetti as per package instructions (we usually use angel pasta)drain
In cuisinart-garlic, salt, grated parmesan cheese, olive oil, pine nuts, basil This is your sauce.
Combine all of the ingredients into a bowl. Serve on plates with few pine nuts on top and shredded parmesan cheese. Yum!
