Introduction

Yummy baked oatmeal and fruit for breakfast. Add yogurt and you have the best tasting start to the day. Yummy baked oatmeal and fruit for breakfast. Add yogurt and you have the best tasting start to the day.

Ingredients

    1 packet Instant Oatmeal
    1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen, cut in half
    1 Tbs Smart Balance Omega 3 buttery spread
    Splenda to taste
    1 tsp Brown Sugar Splenda (optional)

Directions

Coat bottom of a large ramiken or pyrex single serve dish with cookiing spray and add strawberries. Sprinkle Splenda on berries. Use a bullet type blender to cut cold Smart Balance in with the oatmeal and brown sugar Splenda so it resembles pebbles. Dump on top of the berries and bake at 350 for about 35 mintues or until the top is golden brown. Serve with yogurt if desired. Can be made ahead and stored in fridge.
