    2 pounds bone in chicken breasts, skin removed
    2 cups Italian style stewed tomatoes
    1 cup tomato sauce
    1 tsp garlic, minced
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    2 cups cooked brown rice


Place chicken, tomatoes, and tomato sauce in a slow cooker. cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.

A half hour before the end of cooking time, saute garlic in a pan with cooking spray over medium heat. Add mushrooms; cook, stirring frequently, 2-3 mins. Add to slow cooker mixture. Mix well.

Cook rice and divide on 4 plate. Top with chicken mixture.
