Ingredients

    1- box of sugar free jell-o - any color, but I like red

    1 - tub of low or non-fat cottage cheese

Directions

mix the jell-o with the cup of boiling water, and then put in fridge. You don't add the cup of cold water that the box calls for, this makes very firm jell-o.
When it's set, put in food processor with the cottage cheese.
