I missed French Toast, so I made it better! I missed French Toast, so I made it better!

    2 Slices Weight Watcher's Whole Wheat Bread
    2 egg whites
    2 T skim milk
    pinch Splenda
    1t vanilla
    1/2t cinnamon
    1/4t nutmeg


Whisk together all ingredients except the bread. Dip the first slice of bread, both sides into the egg mixture, and put in skillet sprayedr with non-stick spray.

Repeat with other slice

Flip after about 2-3 minutes or golden brown.

I top mine off with a couple pinches of powdered sugar (a little goes a long way, and much less calories than syrup), and alongside fresh fruit and a bit of non-fat, no added sugar yogurt.

This recipe is for one serving- and it's so quick you can make is even before work/school.
