    2 cups quick grits and recommended amount of water
    12 oz. Velveeta-like cheese
    2 tablespoons margarine


Boil water, cheese and butter.
When boiling, add grits. Cook for 5-7 minutes and remove from heat.

Yields 8 servings, 1/2 cup each
