Ingredients

    About 3 cups chopped fresh fruit
    3/4 cup fruit juice
    1 1/2 cup skim or low fat soy milk
    1 pkg unsweetened gelatin mx
    2 tbs sugar or sweetener

Directions

Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pour into ice cream maker and process for 20-30 minutes.

Nutritional information will vary somewhat based on fruit, juice and sweetener used.

Makes about 10 servings of slightly more than 1/2 cup each.
