    12 low-fat Nilla wafers
    8 oz fat free cream cheese
    1 cup Lite Lamagna Ricotta Cheese
    1 Tbsp liquid saccharin
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    3 Tbsp All Whites Liquid Egg Whites


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Line muffin tins with 12 foil cupcake papers; place a vanilla wafer flat side up in each.

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheeses until smooth. Add sweetener, vanilla & egg whites - beat until smooth.

Pour mixture into muffin tins. Bake 20 minutes or until centers are almost set. Cool.

Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.

For extra flavor: add cherries from a mixed fruit can that is stored in fruit juice - add in those calories/etc. separately.
