    Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz
    *Whole Milk / Vitamin D, 1.5 cup
    Sage, ground, 3/8 tsp
    Salt, .3/4 tsp
    Ground Mustard, 3/4 tsp
    Pepper, black, 3/8 tsp
    White Enriched Bread 1 slice, 5 slices
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Garlic powder, 3/4 tsp
    *Ketchup, Heinz, 12 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 3/8 cup, chopped
    Worcestershire Sauce, 2 t bsp


In a large bowl mix all ingredients together except for the Ketchup. Shape into a loaf and place in a loaf pan. Put the ketchup on the top of the loaf.
Perheat oven at 350 degrees cook for 90 minutes
