Ingredients

    1 bag frozen potatoes (square style hashbrowns with the peppers and onions in them work best)
    1 pint half and half
    1/4 cup melted butter
    8 oz shredded swiss cheese
    salt and pepper
    paprika for color

Directions

spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Layer potatoes in pan. Pour half and half over potatoes. Layer swiss chees on the top, pour melted butter over the cheese. Add salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. Bake in 350 degree oven uncovered for an hour and a half.
