    2 lbs. ground beef
    1 c. saltine cracker crumbs
    1 c. skim milk
    optional - small onion

    Topping Sauce
    3/4c. brown sugar
    3/4c. water
    3/4c. ketchup
    2tsp. vinegar
    1/2 tbsp. chilli powder


Mix cracker crumbs and milk together. Then add mixture to rest of the meatball ingredients. Form balls and place in a 9x13 pan.

Then mix Topping Sauce ingredients together and pour over top. Bake @ 350 for 1 hour. Cover for the first 30 minutes, then uncover for the remaining 30 minutes.

Makes 24 meatballs and I calculated 2 meatballs per serving. You could probably use ground turkey to make this lower in calories.
