    Onion
    Carrot
    Sweet Potato
    Cabbage
    Tomato
    2 oz. Polish Sausage, cubed
    4 cups chicken broth

Directions

Saute vegetables in pan sprayed with cooking spray until soft. Add broth, bay leaf and pepper to taste. Simmer for 30 minutes.
