Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
    4 oz can mushrooms, drained
    10 oz can of chicken breast, drained
    1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
    1 cup chicken broth (I make from bouillon)
    1/2 cup chopped onion (I use frozen)

Directions

Spray 2 quart covered microwavable casserole with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in dish and mix well. Cover and microwave for 17 to 20 minutes or until pasta is tender. Let sit for three minutes before removing lid. Be careful, steam is very hot!
