    Egg, fresh, 4 large
    Peas and carrots, frozen, 1 cup
    Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 1 cup, diced
    Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 1 1/3 cup
    Milk, 2%, .5 cup
    Onions, raw, .25 tbsp chopped
    Potato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, peas and corrots, ham, 1 cup of the cheese, the milk and the onion. Mix well. Set aside.

Combine the shredded potatoes and remaining 1/3 cup of cheese. Place potato mixtrure onto the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9 inch pie plate or 8 inch square baking dish. Pout the filling over the potato mixture. Bake for 45 -50 minutes or until the center is set. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing in wedges or squares. Serve warm.
