    1 medium cabbage
    16 oz ground turkey
    1/2 c onions, chopped fine
    1/2 c celery chopped fine
    3 cloves garlic, pressed
    3 slices peameal bacon, diced fine
    1 egg
    1/2 c rice cooked
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    2 tbsp dried parsley
    2 c roasted garlic tomato sauce


Cook canadian bacon until crisp, adding onions, celerey and garlic to soften in fry pan. In bowl combine cooked rice, onion mixture, egg, ground turkey and spices. Roll into meat mixture in cooked cabbage leaves. Line roasting pan with sauerkraut and sprinkle with half the brown sugar. Line up cabbage rolls - seam side down over sauerkraut. Layer sauerkraut between cabbage roll layers sprinkling with brown sugar. Cover completely with tomato sauce. To prevent scorching of cabbage rolls, cover completely with unused leaves. Bake at 350 for 90 min. Serve with sour cream.
