    4 oz. turkey ham, chopped
    3 oz. cheddar, shredded
    3 tbsp. flour
    3 c. red potatoes, thinly sliced
    6 tsp. margarine
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt


pare and thinly slice 3 c. red potatoes. Drop into boiling water and parboil for 8 minutes. Grate 3 oz. cheddar cheese. Drain potatoes. Spray 9 x 9 inch pan with cooking spray. Layer the potatoes into 3 layers in the pan. In between each layer, dust the potatoes with 1 tbsp. of flour and dot with 2 tsp. of margarine. Sprinkle cheese and ham in between each layer and on top. Scald the milk, salt, and paprika, and pour over the top. Cook at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 45 minutes. Let set up after removing from the oven for about 5 minutes. Serve with salad.

    Wonderful dish! The whole family loves this. I found the amount of milk (1.25 cups) by looking in the ingredients details. Make sure you edit the recipe to include that in your listing. - 11/30/08

  • I have picky kids and they enjoyed this meal. The six servings were easily eaten by my family of 4 with my eleven yr old son and husband each eatting 2 since the servings are somewhat small. I recommend doubling for a family over 4 or a family with older kids. - 1/9/09

    My husband and I just finished having this for dinner. Delicious! We omitted the paprika, salt, and margarine. We substituted 98 % fat free cheddar and brocoli soup for the milk. We also added chopped onions. We were very pleased. - 1/3/09
