    5 oz chicken livers
    1/2 C chopped onion
    1/2 T oil
    1/3 C fat-free chicken broth


Heat oil in a skillet and saute onions. Remove from pan.
Add chicken livers to pan, and saute til cooked almost cooked.
Add broth and cooked onions to pan, heat through. Broth will thicken slightly to a sauce.
Makes 1 large serving
