    1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1/4 c. skim milk
    2 eggs
    1-2 tbs. canola oil
    1/4 c. whole wheat flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    dash of cinnamon
    a few drops of vanilla


mix all ingredients together in a blender. cook as you would regular pancakes! great with syrup, honey, fresh fruit, anything!
