This is a lighter version of the chocolate cake recipe on the Hershy's cocoa tin. This is a lighter version of the chocolate cake recipe on the Hershy's cocoa tin.
Number of Servings: 12


    1 cup sugar
    1 cup Splenda
    1 3/4 cup flour
    3/4 cup cocoa
    1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 cup egg beaters
    1 cup skim milk
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1 cup boiling water


1) preheat oven to 350 F. Grease 2 nine inch cake pans.
2) Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add egg beaters, milk, oil and vanilla. Beat on med speed 2 min. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin). Pour into pans.
3) Bake 30-35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 min; remove from pan.
