Introduction

Tastes yummy with a little vanilla icecream! Tastes yummy with a little vanilla icecream!
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    2 cups flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp allspice
    1 tsp ginger
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 cup molasses
    3 eggs
    1 cup hot water
    2 tsp baking soda

Directions

Measure first 8 ingredients into a bowl. Measure hot water, add baking soda (holding over the bowl to catch it as it foams up). Add rest of water and beat well. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes. Cut into 15 servings.
