    1 LB flank steak
    salt and pepper to taste
    14 1/2 oz fruit cocktail, drained reserving 1/4 C
    1 Tbsp oil
    1 Tbsp lemon juice
    1/4 C teriyaki sauce
    1 tsp rice vinegar
    1 garlic clove, minced


Sprinkle steak with seasonings of choice. Place in slow cooker. Mix 1/4 C of juice from fruit with remaining ingredients. Pour over steak. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Add drained fruit during the last 15 minutes of cooking.

Lift from cooker onto platter. Using a sharp knife slice across the grain making thin slices. Spoon fruit over meat. Serve with brown rice or soba noodles.
