Ingredients

    1tbls extra virgin olive oil
    1lb flank steak
    2 green peppers
    1 oinion
    1 jar brown gravy
    2 cups cooked brown rice

Directions

Heat half the oil in a skillet. Brown steak. Meanwhile, slice green pepper and onion. Remove steak and add the rest of oil. Stirfry veggies. Return steak to pan and add gravy. Cook until heated through.
