Introduction

Ingredients

    2 Stalks Celery chopped
    2 carrots, chopped
    1 cup onion, chopped
    1 large potato, chopped
    1 cup rutabagas, chopped
    1 cup frozen green beans
    1 tsp salt
    4 cups water

    1/4 cup flour
    1 cup low fat milk

Directions

Bring to boil all chopped veggies, salt and water, boil 20 minutes. Whisk 1/4 flour into milk, pour into veggie broth and bring back to a boil. Ready to serve.
