    *Flour, white, 1.33 cup
    *Shortening, Crisco, 8 tbsp
    Water, tap, 3 fl oz
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 0.5 cup kernels
    *Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 1.5 cup
    Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup
    Carrots, cooked, 0.5 cup slices
    *Onion powder, 1 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    *French Fried Onions, 8 tbsp
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 3 oz


make pie shell and bake lightly at 350 till hint of gold. Cook veggies and drain. Mix meat, veggies, seasonings and cream of chicken soup in a bowl and pour into pie shell top with fried Onion and cheese. Bake till bubbly. Adjust seasoning to taste before baking.
