    1 cup skim milk
    1 T vinegar
    1.5 cups wheat bran
    1 banana
    1/4 c applesauce
    1 egg
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/2 c oat flour
    1/2 c whole wheat flour
    1 t soda
    1 t baking powder
    1 t cinnamon
    1/2 t salt
    1/2 t vanilla


Let wheat bran soak in milk for 10 min. Beat in ripe banana, applesauce, sugar and egg. Add dry ingredients and mix. Bake at 375 for 15-20 min.
