    Chicken broth, reduced sodium, 1 cup
    Teriyaki Sauce , 2 tbsp
    Honey, 1 tbsp
    Cornstarch, 1 cup
    Hot Pepper Sauce, .25 tsp
    Ground turkey, 3/4 lb.
    Peanut Oil, 1 tbsp
    Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp
    Broccoli Florets, 2 cup
    Snow Peas, 2 cup
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large


1. In a small bowl, combine broth, teriyaki sauce, honey, cornstarch and pepper sauce. Mix well, set aside.
2. Coat a large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; heat skillet. Add ground turkey; cook, stirring often to break meat into smaller pieces, 4 to 5 minuites, until no longer pink. With a slotted spoon, transfer to a plate.
3. Add oil to skillet and heat. Add scallions and ginger; cook 2 minutes. Add broccoli, snow peas, and bell peppers; cook, stirring often, 4 to 5 minutes, until vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Stir in sauce and cook 1 minute. Add turkey. Cook 2 minutes until heated through.
