    1 lb Shrimp, extra large
    1 cup oil, olive
    1/4 cup Parsley, Fresh
    2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
    2 tablespoons cayenne pepper sauce
    1 1/2 teaspoons garlic, minced
    1 tablespoon Tomato Paste
    2 teaspoons Oregano
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon Pepper, black


To Prepare for Group:
1. Place shrimp in bag.
2. In a separate quart bag combine all remaining ingredients.
3. Place both bags in a gallon bag and freeze.

Cooking Day:
1. Thaw.
2. Reserve a small amount of marinade for basting later.
3. Pour remaning marinade into a gallon bag with the shrimp.
4. Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
5. Preheat grill for medium low heat.
6. Skewer shrimp and discard marinade.
7. Lightly oil grill grate.
8. Cook shrimp for 5 minutes per side or until opaque, basting frequently with the reserved marinade.
