    4-5 chicken breast, boneless/skinless
    1 med onion, diced
    1 15 oz can tomato sauce, or enchiladas sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    salt/pepper to taste
    1 pkg taco seasoning
    1 4 oz can green chilis
    8 oz pkg cheddar cheese, may use low fat
    4 oz fat free cream cheese
    1 tbsp olive oil


Cook chicken breast until done by boiling. Drain water and shred or dice chicken meat. Add olive oil and onion to pan and cook until almost tender. Add rest of ingredients to pan, mixing until combined and cheese melted. I spoon mix into tortilla shells as a filling and eat. Can also reserve half of the tomato sauce and pour over top of tortilla shells filled with filling and browned in oven.
