    1.5 pounds Ground Turkey,
    Beef broth, 2 cans
    Mushrooms, 13oz can or 3 c fresh
    Onions1 cup, chopped
    Flour 3 tbs
    Sour Cream, 1 cup
    whole wheat egg noodles 7 oz


cook turkey in a skillet. set aside about half a cup of broth. Add onions, mushrooms, garlic, remaining broth, and water. Bring to a boil and turn down to a simmer. Add flour to reserved broth and mix or shake well. Add to skillet and stir. Add noodles, stir and cover. simmer about 30 minutes or until noodles are tender.

    Oops! Water, about 2 cans full. I adjust the amount based on how the noodles are cooking up. Season to taste. I use about a teaspoon of garlic.
