    32 oz Main Lobster meat - cooked
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup flour
    4 cups nonfat milk
    1 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Dice Maine lobster meat. In a double boiler combine butter and flour and blend. Add milk. Stir until thickened. Add Parmesan cheese and lobster meat.

Makes approximately (8) 1 cup servings.

Serve over pasta, or julienned, steamed vegetables. (Not included in nutritional info).
