Ingredients

    Corn off the cob (canned or fresh)
    Light Mayonnaise
    Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Open and drain a can of corn. Place the corn in a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of light mayonnaise and the Parmesan cheese to taste. Eat immediately or place in the refrigerator for an hour to allow flavors to combine. Enjoy!
