    Jennie-O Lean Turkey Kielbasa, 1 pckg Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 2 cloves, pressed
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1.5 cup, chopped
    Beans, red kidney, 3 cups rinsed
    Tomatoes, 1 cup chopped (can use canned)
    Thyme, ground, .5 tsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, .25 tsp
    *Brown Rice, medium grain, 3 cup


In a skillet over medium-low heat, cook sliced sausage for about 2 minutes. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper and saute' till veggies are tender. Add beans and tomatoes with their juice. Season with thyme, cayenne (optional), and salt and pepper to taste. Serve over rice.
