Introduction

Who doesn't love the crispy, crunchy snow pea. Who doesn't love the crispy, crunchy snow pea.

Ingredients

    1 pound fresh snow peas (or 1 12-oz. pkg. frozen snow peas, thawed)2 teaspoons vegetable oil1 garlic clove, crushed 1 teaspoon grated ginger2 tablespoons dry sherry

Directions

Clean snow peas, trimming if necessary. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Stir in snow peas, garlic and ginger. Sauté for 2 minutes, until peas are tender. Toss with sherry.

Serves 4 (appox 3.5 oz per serving.)

    These were very good. I made them to go with an Asian chicken dish and rice noodles. They were the perfect vegetable dish. Very tasty. - 4/15/07
