Introduction

My modification of Tuna White Bean salad, using what I had in the fridge. I used Canelli. Used veggies as available in my refrigerator.
Served with fruit and cheese.

Ingredients

    Tuna, Canned in water, 7 oz., drained
    Canelli white beans, can drained
    Celery, 1 stalk diced.
    Carrot, 1 grated
    English Cucumber, 1/2 cup sliced
    Olive Oil, 1 TBS
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Mrs. Dash Pepper seasoning, 1 tsp

Directions

Drain canned foods. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
