Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 celery stalks, diced
    4 oz. mushrooms, drained
    1/4 c. mayo
    1/2 t. salt
    1/2 t. pepper
    1/8 t. garlic powder
    8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Fry ground beef, mushrooms, onion and celery until done. Add everything else and mix well. Place in a casserole dish and bake uncovered @ 350 for 30 min. or until bubbly.
