Introduction

If you like the texture of whole wheat, this is pretty good with your favorite jelly or jam. If you like the texture of whole wheat, this is pretty good with your favorite jelly or jam.

Ingredients

    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    Salt, 1/2 tsp
    egg white, from 2 large eggs
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    Walnuts, 1/4 cup, ground
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1/4 cup
    *Splenda, 1 tsp or 2 packets
    1 tbl extra light olive oil for cooking

Directions

Measure all the ingredients ,except the oil, into a large bowl and mix well. Heat the oil in a skillet or griddle. Use a 1/4 cup measure for each pancake. You will get seven 4 inch pancakes. Serve with your favorite syrup, jelly, or jam.
