Ingredients

    Barley, pearled, raw, 1 cup
    Baby Carrots, raw, 15 medium, chopped
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long), chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Zucchini, baby, 1 large, chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices Crushed Tomatoes, 100 grams
    Garlic, 3 cloves. shaved
    Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 cup, 2 serving
    Water, bottled, 4 serving

Directions

Combine all ingredients in large soup pot, cover and simmer for one hour. Season with sea salt and pepper to taste.
